How do you ensure your shipping is plastic-free?
We use 100% plastic-free packaging, including recycled cardboard boxes, paper tape with water-activated adhesive, and compostable starch-based packing peanuts or recycled paper fill.
What is your return policy for personal care items?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care items like bamboo toothbrushes or solid shampoo bars. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Are your products truly zero-waste?
We vet every supplier to ensure products are either compostable, infinitely recyclable (like glass or aluminum), or reusable for years to minimize environmental impact.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and take 10-21 business days to arrive depending on the destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. We use carbon-neutral shipping partners whenever possible to offset the delivery impact.
