Return Process

  Email our sustainability team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid compostable shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items using the original paper tape and cardboard box, ensuring no new plastic materials are added to the shipment.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend walking or biking to your local drop-off point to reduce carbon emissions.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
